  1. -When Prophet Muhammad sends Sallu to the charity givers, it is a “blessing” to calm their hearts per Q.9, v.103. This is not act of worshiping them. Calm of heart is the perfect meaning for a blessing.

Q.9, v.103. Take from their wealth a charity by which you purify them and cause them increase, and send Sallu upon them. Indeed, your Sallus are blessing for them. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

-When Moslems sends Salawat to Prophet Muhammad, it is as the “helper” for him to attain Shafa’ah’s level, known as Wasila.
Q.4, v.45. And seek help through patience and Salat, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive.
    Jami` at-Tirmidhi, Vol. 1, Book 46, Hadith 3612.
Narrated Abu Hurairah: that the Messenger of Allah said: Ask Allah to grant me Al-Wasilah. They said: O Messenger of Allah! And what is Al-Wasilah? He said: The highest level of Paradise. No one will attain it except for one man, and I hope that I am him.

-When Allah and angels send Salawat to Prophets (also other believers), such as Prophet Muhammad and Moses, it is as the “helper” for them to courageously (defying their shamefulness of their past sins) come to God for pleading on behalf of the Monotheist sinners.
Ibn Asakir, Ahadith Al-Qudsiyyah, Hadith 216:
The Israelites said to Musa: Does your Lord do salli? Musa said: Fear Allah, O sons of Israel. Allah said: O Musa, What did your people say? Musa said: O my Lord, You already know, they said: Does your Lord do salli? Allah said: Tell them My salli for My servants is that My Mercy should precede My Anger. If it were not so, I would have destroyed them.

  2. Prior Islam, there are many beliefs that named Abraham as their exalted figure:
    – Samaritanism.
    – Midian (Keturah’s) religion (in which Jethro was priest).
    – Arabian paganism (Kedarites).
    – Mandeanism (thru John the Baptist).
    – Christianity (thru Jesus).

Story of the abrupt halt of sacrifice is not monopoly of Jews.
The Arabian paganism too has a historical tradition of tracing back their veneration of Abraham to a similar halted sacrifice of Ishmael.

In Greek story, there’s Athamas epic in which king Athamas almost sacrificed his son Phrixos who was saved by a flying golden ram.

In term of Prophetic content, Qur’an is not the new Scripture, but rather a “Re-edition” of the corrupt Torah. The name of Moses (Musa) along with Abraham (Ibrahim) dominated throughout the Prophetic stories of Qur’an. Every Scriptures were made “clear” equally but only Qura’an is protected fully from later corruption of the vain pens of scribes.

  3. In Islam there’s no Sex slave:
    a. There’s Qur’an verse that Allah commands a female slave to *marry*, either with her master (Q.4, v.3) or with a male slave, or with a poor free man (Q.4, v.25). Verse Q.24, v.32 makes it “obligatory” (not optional) for all single female slaves to get married, at least by their master, or else with someone else.
Hence there’s no anymore a single slave left alone in Islam.
Q.24, v.32 And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.

So, any single female slave (either virgin or widow) has to be married legally, known as Nikah, with her consent and dowry, either by her master or by other free man, or by other male slave, per Q.24, v.32.
Nikah after manumitting the own’s slave is a choice of truth, it is correct according to authentic Sunnah on the marriage of Prophet Muhammad and Safiyya.

The sin of Fornication with own slave – either with believing slave or worse with the pagan slave – is called Musafihat (Q.4, v.25). It is a very big sin for her master to fornicate with her, let alone to rape, or prostitute her with other sinful fornicators for money.

    b. Slaves that remain being Non-Moslems under a Moslem slaveholder are considered always impure to touch except in marriage. They are “Najis” (defilement). Genital organ of Non-Moslem woman is not cleaned after she went to closet. She doesn’t bathe after getting menses. She may eat pork. She may fornicate with her slave boyfriends secretly. Her body is as a warehouse of impurity.

How could a Moslem man freely cuddle a female Non-Moslem whose body is a sum of all filthy abomination?

    c. Slavery is so much problematic in civilian life. A female slave must have showed a little bit expression of love on her slaveholder instead of hating him as her sworn enemy. Suppose that a slaveholder has killed her father, uncles, husband, or event the children of a female slave. Can a female slave just ignore the tragedy without having a little deadly plan to avenge for the sake of her families? Hardly.

As member of family she is given 2 options to retaliate (Qisas) to kill her master someday, or maybe pardon him.

What happens if you already have your four wives? Who pays her dowry? Does it count as married if she is a Mut’a wife? Does the previous wife have any say in the husband taking a slave or mut’a wife?

  4. Before any Moslem begin to argue against the Christian’s contention on the issue of pedophilia, he should ask Christians first in order to test their consistency:
    – Is there any prohibition for pedophilia in the Bible? Nothing.
    – Is there any punishment for pedophilia in the Bible? Nothing.
The Bible has detailed punishment for bestiality, adultery, rapeing, homosexuality, necrophilia, et cetera, but where’s punishment for pedophilia? Nothing.
    – Is there permission in the Bible for pedophilia? Yes, story of Isaac-Rebecca and the taking of Midianite underage slaves.

  5. Pedophilia is one major sin in Islam, but how about the Bible? Even though the Bible has detailed specific penalty for so many sexual misconducts ( bestiality, incest, adultery, rapeing, homosexuality, necrophilia, et cetera), but where’s punishment for pedophilia? Nothing.
Why is the Bible just silent on pedophilia? That’s weird.

It is quite strange that Qur’an is far more clearer than the Bible on pedophilia (even though the Bible has detailed specific penalty for so many sexual misconducts):
    – Qur’an sets the Age of Marriage, i.e. puberty and age of consent (according to Hadith, such as marriage of Aisha after her puberty), for both men and women.
The Bible doesn’t set any age whatsoever.

Moreover, there’s old Arabian culture that practiced “betrothal with underage girl” before the coming of Islam. Aisha was betrothed with a pagan man at time when she was still underage girl, and there’s no furor on it.

    – Anti Moslem debaters just use a weak “interpolation” of Iddah (Q.65, v.4) to argue for pedophilia. They can’t find a direct Qur’anic statement that may allow pedophilia.

    – Alleged permission of pedophilia is derived from a weak “interpolation” on Iddah. An interpolation can’t overrule the direct statement of Qur’an on fixed setting of Age of Marriage.
First interpretation: Iddah ought to be observed 3 months by the man who divorced his “non sexual” wife in order to marry her family (daughter or sister or mother).
Other interpretation: Iddah means Waiting Time for marriage Thus, for any underage girl who had not experienced the menses, her Iddah is her first menses (time when she delivers her burden, similar to the pregnant women).

    1. It is improbable that a nine-year old girl is qualified for legal marriage. Such a condition would be considered a medical problem these days. Early entry into menses has been induced chemically or via industrial accident as in the case of birth control chemicals getting into the water supply in Puerto Rico. The timing of this marriage is such that it seems to have happened three years after Khadijah died and it also looks like Muhammed married Sawda as a baby sitter for Aisha.

  6. What’s mechanism for Mary to conceive the son without having the intercourse with man?

The answer is, probably it is thru her “wet dream” naturally. Gabriel may cause a wet dream when Mary was asleep in order to excite her sexually, seeing a man of her love in the realm of subconsciousness, because a woman needs sexual excitement in order to become pregnant. When Mary became excited sexually because of Gabriel’s inducting of “inception” into her dreaming, then both “cosmic” sperm and her ovum were mixed into her womb and she became pregnant.
