Anthony Rogers explains why Jesus can say in Mark 10:18 “‘Why do you call me good?’ Jesus answered. ‘No one is good – except God alone.” and still be God the Son.
On the face of this verse, Jesus would appear to be distinguishing himself from God because he says that only God is good. Muslims use this verse to show that Jesus did not claim to be God.
