Speakers’ Corner: Tongue Sucking In The Hadith

Speakers’ Corner, Hyde Park, London

Godwin discusses Muhammad’s marriage to Aisha (age 6, consummated when she was 9), and more disturbing evidence of Muhammad’s behaviour.

Musnad Ahmad 16245—[Mua’wiya said]: I saw the prophet sucking on the tongue or the lips of Al-Hassan son of Ali, may the prayers of Allah be upon him. For no tongue or lips that the prophet sucked on will be tormented (by hell fire).

  1. Islamic tradition uses the word “6-7 y.o. girl” for the euphemism for the “age of menstruation”, as Abu Dawud interprets the statement of Aisha as “That is to say: I menstruated”.
Abi Dawud Book 42, Hadith 4915
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu’minin: The Messenger of Allah married me when I was seven or six. When we came to Medina, some women came. according to Bishr’s version: Umm Ruman came to me when I was swinging. They took me, made me prepared and decorated me. I was then brought to the Messenger of Allah, and he took up cohabitation with me when I was nine. She halted me at the door, and I burst into laughter. Abu Dawud said: That is to say: I menstruated, and I was brought in a house, and there were some women of the Ansari in it. They said: With good luck and blessing.

  2. The strong Hadith of Bukhari shows otherwise that actually Hasan plays Prophet’s mouth. Narration of a weak Hadith by Muawiya in Ahmad’s Musnad doesn’t narrate who plays whom.
Arabic phrase يَفْتَحُ فَاهُ فَيُدْخِلُ فَاهُ فِي فِيهِ literally means “He opens his mouth and enters his mouth” without mentioning “tongue” whatsoever. That illustrates how the child Hasan – after having fun with Prophet’s beard with Hasan’s hands – plays Prophet’s mouth. Once again, no tongue there.
So, Bukhari in his book Al-Adab Al-Mufrad explained the event more clearer:
    Al-Adab Al-Mufrad, Book 48, Hadith 1183
It is related that Abu Hurayra said, I never see al-Hasan without my eyes overflowing with tears. That is because the Prophet went out one day and I found him in the mosque. He took my hand and I went along with him. He did not speak to me until we reached the market of Banu Qaynuqa’. He walked around it and looked. Then he left and I left with him until we reached the mosque. He sat down and wrapped himself in his garment. Then he said, Where is the little one? Call the little one to me. Hasan came running and jumped into his lap. Then he put his hand in his beard. Then the Prophet opened his mouth and entered his mouth. Then he said, O Allah, I love him, so love him and the one who loves him.

  3. On “Crucify them? Or pray for those who persecute you?”

Physical penalty such as “Crucifixion” is approved in Gospels for the ones whose status is a slave. In Islam the term “Kafir” is lower than slave (Q.2, v.221).
Isa’s Golden Rule is also approved for Moslems to do in Q.5, v.118. Praying to God for the oppressors’ goodness while being under a condition as an oppressed one is implemented in Prophet Muhammad’s life according to Hadith of the Ta’if, as well as a commandment in Q. 45, v.14, Q.64, v.14.
    Riyad as-Salihin Book 1, Hadith 643.
Aishah reported: I asked the Prophet: Have you ever experienced a day harder than the day of the battle of Uhud? He replied, Indeed, I experienced them (dangers) at the hands of your people (i.e., the disbelievers from amongst the Quraish tribe). The hardest treatment I met from them was on the Day of ‘Aqabah when I went to Ibn ‘Abd Yalil bin ‘Abd Kulal (who was one of the chiefs of Ta’if) with the purpose of inviting him to Islam, but he made no response (to my call). So I departed with deep distress. I did not recover until I arrived at Qarn ath-Tha’alib. There, I raised my head and saw a cloud which had cast its shadow on me. I saw in it Jibril (Gabriel) called me and said: Indeed, Allah, the Exalted, heard what your people said to you and the response they made to you. And He has sent you the angel in charge of the mountains to order him to do to them what you wish. Then the angel of the mountains called me, greeted me and said: O Muhammad, Allah listened to what your people had said to you. I am the angel of the mountains, and my Rubb has sent me to you so that you may give me your orders. (I will carry out your orders). If you wish I will bring together the two mountains that stand opposite to each other at the extremities of Makkah to crush them in between. But Messenger of Allah said, I rather hope that Allah will raise from among their descendants people as will worship Allah the One, and will not ascribe partners to Him (in worship).

  4. On “Allah says ‘kill them.’”

That’s figurative “killing by love”, the women of Ahl Kitabs can be married per Q.5, v.5 with a way of coitus interruptus.
Moreover, the men of Ahl Kitabs are important for economical tributary.
Logically, such a dead Jew can’t pay Jizya.

    “On Does Jesus teach violence?”

Yes, against the slaves and tax-evaders.
    Lk 12
46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47 And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
    Rom 13
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. 6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

    “Dawah team commits shirk!”

It means that the remaining water is then boiled for the healthy drinking water, rather than being wasted away, considering that the water is scarce in desert place.
Bukhari 1:4:189 Narrated As Saib; My aunt took me to Allah’s Apostle and said, O Allah’s Apostle! My nephew is ill. The Prophet touched my head with his hand and invoked Allah to bless me. He then performed ablution and I DRANK OF THE REMAINING WATER OF HIS ABLUTION……..

    “Why does Allah deceive Christians?”

Typical question of a smug apostate in a strong delusion given by God.
Abandoning a Prophet means a great sin of apostasy. Allah sends strong delusion to the apostatising Disciples because those Disciples commit a sin of abandoning Jesus at time when he needed them, even lied about him.
In Battle of Hunayn, several Moslems had also abandoned Prophet Muhammad in the war, thus they had almost gone to complete apostasy, but then luckily they regretted and returned again to him.

  5. On “Grooming gangs and Islamic teaching”

Twice Qur’an uses the word “Fear” in Q.4, v.3, in order to show how Islam reveals itself as a Religion of “Justice” (‘Adluw) more higher than a tribal custom of gender inequality.
Justice here can mean as “what is liked by man is also liked by woman as well”.
Islam opens a way to “threaten” a misogynistic lifestyle in Q.4, v.3 and Q.4, v.128. It is possible for the Law and society to give the misogynist men a necessary “fear” for a greater good. i.e. Justice.
There’s a good example for the imposition of fear for Justice (‘Adluw):
Prophet Muhammad admonishes Ali to not try to exert his right of polygamy as long as his daughter Fatima is alive. Why? Fatima doesn’t like to have any rival.
Clearly, our Prophet uses a given stipulation or loophole in Q.4, v.3 that the man could be put under a fear in the name of “Justice”.
Now, it depends on society to use that given “weapon” or not.
Similar wording is also used in Q.4, v.128, that the women or society can impose a “fear of Justice” on the “womanizers”.

  6. Using Catholicism versus Protestantism on Radicals vs. Moderate Moslems.

I never see Jihadis who never like more to enjoy the Jizya of the living infidels as long and much as possible, whereas a dead infidel can’t pay any longer.

One of the big mistakes of Islamophobes is they tend stupidly to equate Islam with 2 religions: Catholicism and Judaism. They tend to hide the more closer similarity between Islam and Protestantism.

Please stop foolishly equating Islam with Catholicism.
Islam is not Catholicism. We have no pope to represent Islam. Jihadis are not our popes.

Please stop racially equating Islam with Judaism which is based on tribe.
Islam is not the race of Arabs. We have no Arabs or other race to represent Islam. Arabian tribalism is not our religion.

Jihadis may mislead you to think stupidly that they are Popes of Catholic Islam. Once they succeed, they would force you to buy their Indulgences papers to make them rich.

The Arabs may mislead you to think stupidly that they are the Chosen people of the Judaist Islam. Once they succeed, they would force you to buy their matzos to make them rich.

  7. Jihad is not a specific Islamic term. Jihad can be done by Non-Moslems against Moslems (Q.31, v.15).
Q.31, v.15. If they struggle against thou to commit idolatry (Jahada Ka ‘Ala An Tushrika) of which thou have no knowledge, then do not obey them; however thou should still treat them kindly in this world.
Jihad by Moslems can be non-violent, such as Jihad of preaching Islam (Q.25, v.52).
Q.25, v.51. And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city an enlightened one.
Q.25, v.52. So do not obey the disbelievers, and strive against them with him a great Jihad.
Aspect of the “lesser sin” in Jihad:
Moslems have a permission to reduce or lower down (not to postpone nor abrogate) the weight of a warfare Jihad to a personal assessment. When a Moslem truly claims to conduct a Jihad according to Islam fully, actually he can’t and doesn’t exert it fully and flawlessly in reality, even in fact he must commit a “lesser sin” during his flawed process.
    Muslim Book 19, Hadith 4294
It has been reported from Sulaiman b. Buraida through his father that when the Messenger of Allah appointed anyone as leader of an army or detachment he would especially exhort him to fear Allah and to be good to the Muslims who were with him. He would say: ….When you lay siege to a fort, and the besieged appeal to you for protection in the name of Allah and His Prophet, do not accord to them the guarantee of Allah and His Prophet, but accord to them your own guarantee and the guarantee of your companions for it is a *lesser sin* that the security given by you or your companions be disregarded than that the security granted in the name of Allah and His Prophet be violated.
When you besiege a fort and the besieged want you to let them out in accordance with Allah’s Command, do not let them come out in accordance with His Command, but do so at your (own) command, for you do not know whether or not you will be able to carry out Allah’s behest with regard to them.

  8. Prophet Muhammad’s Uswa Hasana is holistic and goes beyond the world.
In Afterlife, Prophet Muhammad will be the first and foremost “Role Model” for Jesus, for other Prophets, for angels and for Moslems to plead to God for the sinners. Ironically, the sinners will temporarily forget about this, or perhaps they will underestimate the significance of Shafa’a of Prophet’s Uswa Hasana, so rather they will seek first Adam, other Prophets, even Jesus, before coming to Prophet Muhammad. This shows how Jesus will be inferior and will take Prophet Muhammad as his Role Model.
    Nasa’i Vol. 2, Book 12, Hadith 1141
It was narrated that ‘Ata bin Yazid said: The Messenger of Allah said: I will be the first one to cross it, and when Allah has finished passing judgment among His creation, and has brought forth from the Fire those whom He wants to bring forth, Allah will command the angels and the messengers to intercede, and they will be recognized by their signs, for the Fire will consume all of the son of Adam apart from the place of prostration. Then the water of life will be poured on them, and they will grow like seeds on the banks of a rainwater stream.

  9. Addition of Age of Puberty.
Suggestion to marry the young girl (Jariyah) who can beget children (post-pubescent one).

Besides indication with the female’s pubic hairs, also Prophet Muhammad orders all Moslem males to seek the wife from the young girl (Jariyah) who can conceive a baby, meaning after reaching her Puberty, thus it is clear now how Islam outlaws totally any paedophilic perversion and the underage marriage in a strong way.
    Bukhari, Vol. 7, Book 62, Hadith 172.
Narrated Jabir: I was with Allah’s Messenger in a Ghazwa, and when we returned, I wanted to hurry, while riding a slow camel. A rider came behind me. I looked back and saw that the rider was Allah’s Messenger. He said (to me), What makes you in such a hurry? I replied, I am newly married. He said, Did you marry a virgin or a matron? I replied, (Not a virgin but) a matron. He said, Why didn’t you marry a young girl with whom you could play and who could play with you? Then when we approached (Medina) and were going to enter (it), the Prophet said, Wait till you enter (your homes) at night (in the first part of the night) so that the ladies with unkempt hair may comb their hair, and those whose husbands have been absent (for a long time) may shave their pubic hair. (The sub-narrator, Hashim said: A reliable narrator told me that the Prophet added in this Hadith: Seek to beget children, Children, O Jabir).

  10. Poking is not Domestic Violence.
The Hadith of disciplining the children uses the Arabic word “Wa-adribu-hum” which is strikingly similar with the Arabic word used in Qur’an Q.4, v.34. No one of the good parents monstrously punches their ten y.o. child until he or she gets bleeding or unconscious. This way must be just a light poking.
The same light poking (to child) is given to a rebellious wife.

On poking the rebellious wives and rebellious children lightly:
Abi Dawud Book 2, Hadith 495
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As: The Messenger of Allah said: Command your children to pray when they become seven years old, and beat them (Wa-adribu-hum) for it (prayer) when they become ten years old; and arrange their beds (to sleep) separately.

  11. Caliphate is based on democratic votes.

Democracy using the votes has been conducted in early Islam for selecting a Caliph, until then the old political way of Monarchies emerged.
Those clerics who reject the Democracy for electing a Caliph could be termed as the “anti-Caliphate Moslem”.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Election_of_Uthman
    Preparation
He (Umar) wished this consultation, or shura, to survive the strictest criticism. The six men were:
    Ali ibn Abi Talib
    Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf
    Sad ibn Abi Waqqas
    Uthman ibn Affan
    Zubayr ibn al-Awwam
    Talhah
Umar’s expectation seems to have been that the group should choose one among themselves who would be acceptable to all.
Talha was absent and did not reach Medina until after the decision had been made. The choice of a new ruler for the new Islamic empire fell to five men.[1]

    Accounts
At his death bed, Umar ibn al-Khattab (d. 644) nominated a board of six members who were required to elect one of themselves as the next caliph. The group consisted of Sa`d ibn Abi Waqqas, Abdur Rahman bin Awf, Zubayr ibn al-Awwam, Talha ibn Ubayd Allah, Ali ibn Abi Talib and Uthman ibn Affan. To regulate the group and ensure that no single person would stop the process, Umar said that they should all agree unanimously on the next caliph and he ordered his son, Abdullah bin Umar to kill any one person whose opinion would differ from the rest of the group.[2]

Out of the six members, Zubair withdrew his candidature in favor of Ali. Sa’d ibn Abi Waqas withdrew in favor of Uthman.[1] Out of the three remaining candidates Abdur Rahman decided to withdraw, leaving Uthman and Ali. Abdur Rahman was appointed as the arbitrator to choose between the remaining two candidates. Contacting the two candidates separately, he put to them the question whether they would follow in the footsteps of the previous caliphs. Ali said that he would follow the Quran and the Sunnah of Muhammed. Uthman replied to the question in the affirmative without any reservation. Thereupon, Abdur Rahman gave his verdict in favor of the election to Uthman.[3]

An accepted sunni version of this account shows a tie in votes between all three Uthman, Abdur Rahman and Ali where Uthman and Ali voted in favor of their respective partner in the elections. Then Abdur Rahman suggested to allow him to withdraw his candidature at the cost of the choice for leadership between the two remaining candidates. He was allowed to do so and he chose Uthman as the new caliph.

  12. On legal woman’s testimony.
The Qur’anic requirement of having two women’s and one man’s testimonies is meant solely for receiving a “religious reward”, and nowhere does Qur’an invalidate 1 woman’s testimony.
One woman can give her sole testimony .
Q.24, v.8. But it will prevent punishment from her if she gives four testimonies by Allah that indeed, he is of the liars.
Q.58, v.1. Certainly has Allah heard the speech of the one who plead to you, concerning her husband and directs her complaint to Allah . And Allah hears your dialogue; indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.

    Hadith of the cases:
    Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 48, Hadith 808.
Narrated Abdullah bin Abi Mulaika from Uqba bin Al-Harith: Uqba married the daughter of Abu Ihab bin Aziz, and then a woman came and said, I suckled Uqba and his wife. Uqba said to her, I do not know that you have suckled me, and you did not inform me. He then sent someone to the house of Abu Ihab to enquire about that but they did not know that she had suckled their daughter. Then Uqba went to the Prophet in Medina and asked him about it. The Prophet said to him, How can you keep your wife after it has been said that both of you were suckled by the same woman? So, he divorced her and she was married to another man.

    Nasa’i Vol. 4, Book 26, Hadith 3332
It was narrated that ‘Uqbah bin Al-Harith said: I married a woman, then a black woman came to us and said: I breast-fed you both. I went to the Prophet and said: I married so and so and a black woman came to me and said: I breast-fed you both. He turned away from me so I came to him from the other side and said: She is lying. He said: How can you be intimate with your wife when she says that she breast-fed you both? Leave her (divorce her).

    Bukhari, Book 26, Hadith 589.
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Abbas : Al-Fadl (his brother) was riding behind Allah’s Apostle and a woman from the tribe of Khath’am came and Al-Fadl started looking at her and she started looking at him. The Prophet turned Al-Fadl’s face to the other side. The woman said, O Allah’s Apostle, The obligation of Hajj enjoined by Allah on His devotees has become due on my father and he is old and weak, and he cannot sit firm on the Mount; may I perform Hajj on his behalf? The Prophet replied, Yes, you may. That happened during the Hajj-al-Wida (of the Prophet ).

    Bukhari, Book 63, Hadith 227.
Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas: Hilal bin Umaiyya accused his wife of illegal sexual intercourse and came to the Prophet to bear witness (against her), (taking the oath of Lian). The Prophet was saying, Allah knows that either of you is a liar. Will anyone of you repent (to Allah)? Then the lady got up and gave her witness.

    2. Many Muslim women in Medieval Ages become judges, jury, attorney, accusers in the courts, as the femininity is a half-twin of the masculinity.
    Tirmidhi, 113; Ahmad, 25663.
Narrated by Aisha, The Prophet said; women are the twin halves of men.

  13. On Taqiyya.
Taqiyya is a better version of Paul’s beguiling evengelization.
In Paul’s beguiling, to Gentile he preaches what Gentile wants to hear, wereas to Jew he preaches what a Jew wants to hear, but when they (Gentiles and Jews) mix up, Paul prefers Gentiles by throwing Jews under the bus.
In Taqiyya, when they (Moslems and infidels) mix up, a Taqiyyist prefers Moslems than Non-Moslems.
    Gal 2:14
But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?

  14. I msut concur that those Christians who don’t appreciate Taqiyya just mock the low credibility of Paul of Tarsus.
    – To Jews: Paul agrees to observe Temple’s purification.
    – To Gentiles: Paul commands them to dismiss the Jewish laws.
    – To Romans: Paul imposes taxes on Roman’s slaves (Jews, Canaanites, Arabs).
    – To Greeks: Altar of the Grecian heathens is adopted to be the valid altar of rituals for Biblical God.
    – To Pharisees: women have to be silent in the churches according to Rabbinical Law (since when have the Rabbis ministered the Jesus’ churches?)
    – To slaves: slave is freed by Jesus.
    – To slave masters: they have to be feared and obeyed by their slaves because slaves are their property.

  15. Qur’anic theme of difference between the saved humans and the “animal-kind humans”.

What do both the Heaven and the Earth testify about the Qur’an? The fate.
On the Earth, we see the inglorious pangs of daily death everywhere. Earth is a grave. Earth is a mini-Hell.
In Heaven, we see a glory of immortality: Sun, Moon, stars, planets keep staying unchangeable in a same outer-space.

Unbelievers will end up like the animals, they come and go, but within a special “jungle” which is called Hell.

Hell should have been so calmly harmless if the fiery demons and angry Satan had not been there as well.

Unbelievers will be hunted down as the easy preys, tortured and devoured daily by the hungry predators (demons) who become the kings of the jungle (king of Hell). No free lunch for their wrong choice of faith.
Shortly after they got “destroyed”, immediately the same unbelievers will evolve again, getting changed to be other weak miserable preys in Hell, experiencing a circular “cycle of food chains” as the same victims (as herbivores) of the same devils (as carnivores).

The Unbelievers fate is under a “goodwill” of Satan in Hell because Satan will be in charge therein.

Atheists and pagans may ask: what sins the herbivores commit so that they deserve to be eaten by the hungry blood-thirsty carnivores in the jungles? Nothing. That’s just a “game” on the Earth.

Should we pity those weak herbivores? No. That’s a balance of “nature”.

Now, compare it with a miserable fate of Atheists and pagans in the Afterlife.

-Their jungle will be the Hell.
-Balance of nature is a “circular food-chains” of the hunters and the hunted ones.
-The role of carnivores will be taken by the fiery demons and angry Satan.
-Atheists and pagans will take a role as the weak herbivores, being preyed, hunted down, eaten by the carnivores.
-Once an unbeliever (as herbivore) got destroyed by the demons (as carnivores), he re-emerges immediately in other form of evolution as other herbivore to be hunted by other carnivores, and so on and on.

  16. In other words, what we know as a “game” of the jungle will have a kind of “next level” in Hell:
    – Hell is supposed to be like a “calm zoo” for the herbivores only (for both the Atheists and the pagans), but alas the demons and Satan will also be cast down there, and worse they take a violent role as the carnivore.
    – Hell is supposed to be like a wild forest without any herbivore whatsoever, but alas both the Atheists and the pagans will be cast down there as the herbivores.

  17. On touching the infidel slaves.
In Islam, the term “Malakat Ayman” refers solely and specifically to Moslem slaves, not to the infidel slaves, because the infidels (either free ones or slaves) are Najis.
Q.2, v.221 And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing slave woman is better than a polytheist, even though she might please you. And do not marry polytheistic men until they believe. And a believing slave is better than a polytheist, even though he might please you. Those invite to the Fire, but Allah invites to Paradise and to forgiveness, by His permission. And He makes clear His verses to the people that perhaps they may remember.

In Hadith, the rapeing case is a reason for manumission of a slave girl:
    Nasa’i Vol. 4, Book 26, Hadith 3365
It was narrated that Salamah bin Al-Muhabbaq said: The Prophet passed judgment concerning a man who had intercourse with his wife’s slave woman: If he forced her, then she is free, and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as a replacement; if she obeyed him in that, then she belongs to him, and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as a replacement.
    Nasa’i Vol. 4, Book 26, Hadith 3366
It was narrated from Salamah bin Al-Muhabbaq that a man had intercourse with a slave woman belonging to his wife, and was brought to the Messenger of Allah. He said: If he forced her, then she is free at his expense and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as a replacement. If she obeyed him in that, then she belongs to her mistress, and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as well.

Muwatta Malik, Book 36, Hadith 14.
Yahya said that he heard Malik say, What is done in our community about the man who rapes a woman, virgin or non-virgin, if she is free, is that he must pay the bride-price of the like of her. If she is a slave, he must pay what he has diminished of her worth. The hadd-punishment in such cases is applied to the rapist, and there is no punishment applied to the raped woman. If the rapist is a slave, that is against his master unless he wishes to surrender him.

    Bukhari Vol. 1, Book 85, Hadith 81
Az-Zuhri said regarding a virgin slave-girl raped by a free man: The judge has to fine the adulterer as much money as is equal to the price of the female slave and the adulterer has to be flogged (according to the Islamic Law); but if the slave woman is a matron, then, according to the verdict of the Imam, the adulterer is not fined but he has to receive the legal punishment (according to the Islamic Law).

In Hadith it is wrong for Moslem men to fornicate by consent (let alone to rape by force) with the Jewish or Christian women who are not their slaves (bought or selected by the rulers as his spoil of war).
Raping the infidel women is akin to a deadly sin of “stealing the spoil of war”, it is not a legitimate way of the spoil’s selection by the caliph.
Muwatta Malik, Book 28, Hadith 38
Malik said, It is not halal to marry a christian or jewish slave-girl because Allah the Blessed, the Exalted, said in His Book, ‘Believing women who are muhsanat and women of those who were given the Book before you who are muhsanat’, (sura 5 ayat 5) and they are free women from the Christians and Jews. Allah, the Blessed, the Exalted, said in His Book, ‘If you are not affluent enough to marry believing women who are muhsanat, take believing slave-girls whom your right hands own.’ (Sura 4 ayat 24) Malik said, In our opinion, Allah made marriage to believing slave-girls halal, and He did not make halal marriage to christian and jewish slave-girls from the People of the Book. Malik said, The christian and jewish slave-girl are halal for their master by right of possession, but intercourse with a magian slave-girl is not halal by the right of possession.

  18. Certain notorious Islamophobes have gone so far, monstrously, without hesitantly, to equate the crime of rapeing of the infidel women with a taking of the slave as a spoil of war (Malakat Ayman).
In fact, rapeing a captive infidel before getting decided or distributed by the caliph is akin to a deadly sin of stealing the spoil.
    Nasa’i Vol. 1, Book 1, Hadith 139
It was narrated from Abu Al-Malih, that his father said: The Messenger of Allah said: Allah does not accept Salah without purification, nor charity from Ghulul. That which is taken from the spoils of war prior to their distribution.

Ibn Majah, Vol. 4, Book 24, Hadith 2857
It was narrated that Safwan bin ‘Assil said: The Messenger of Allah sent us in a military detachment and said: Go in the Name of Allah, and in the cause of Allah. Fight those who disbelieve in Allah. Do not mutilate, do not be treacherous, do not steal from the spoils of war, and do not kill children.

Muwatta Malik, Book 21, Hadith 22
The Messenger of Allah said, Return my cloak to me. Are you afraid that I will not distribute among you what Allah has given you as spoils. By He in whose hand my self is, Had Allah given you spoils equal to the number of acacia trees on the plain of Tihama, I would have distributed it among you. You will not find me to be miserly, cowardly, or a liar. Then the Messenger of Allah got down and stood among the people, and said, Hand over even the needle and thread, for stealing from the spoils is disgrace, fire, ignominy on the Day of Rising for people who do it.

  19. On Islamophobes.
Certain Islamophobes are equated correctly by the Western Governments with some Jihad terrorists such as Abu Hamza and Abu Qatada, and the Antisemites.
    Guilt of Islamophobes:
    (i) Spreading a hoax, fake news, and a public lie that there’s such a “Catholic Islam” in which the Jihadis are elected popes that represent the Moslem world.
In Islamophobes’ assessment, there are some higher castes of genuine Moslems: Jihadis and Khawarij.
(ii) Spreading a hoax, fake news, and a public lie that there’s such a “Judaist Islam” in which the race of Arabs (and additionally Afghans and Somalis, sometimes Iranians) is the Chosen people that represent the Moslem world.
In Islamophobes’ assessment, there is a caste of Moslem’s royal race, that is the Arab race.
(iii) Spreading a hoax, fake news, and a public lie that there’s no such thing as “Moderate Moslem”. In fact, Moderate Moslems are Moslems without representatives, without popes, without racial supremacy, a more egalitarian group of Moslem, just like Protestants.
(iv) Equating the crime of rapeing the infidel slaves with the legitimate taking of spoils of war.
In fact, rapeing any captive infidel is a sin, and rapeing the slave before getting decided or distributed by the caliph is akin to a deadly sin of stealing the spoil.
    (v) Islamophobes oppose any pro-Moslem Westerners who dismissed and disavowed the Khawarij interpretations of Quran and Hadith.
Islamophobe’s favor of radical interpretation of Jihadis and Khawarij shows undoubtedly that they are the useful idiots of terrorists, or radical sympathizers.
(vi) Certain Islamophobes are the migrants whose family came from the Moslem countries, such as from Antioch of Turkey, Kuwait, Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, et cetera, but weirdly they hate immigrants.
(vii) Certain Islamophobes are migrants whose family came from the invented Moslem countries, such as from Antioch of Turks, Kuwaitis, Somalis, Iranians, Iraqis, Egyptians, et cetera, and mostly they migrated to be among Americans, but they claim that Palestinians are “invented” people.
Clearly they mocked the nations of “invented” people from whom their family came, and migrated to, such as Turks, Americans, Kuwaitis, Somalis, etc.
(viii) Islamophobes oppose all-out the integration of Islamic Shari’ah into the Western Constitutions, but claim otherwise how we Moslems refuse to integrate.

  20. One of the reasons why the Jews were punished for 40 years in the Sinai wilderness is because they refuse to obey a very wretched command of violence to drive away, attack, and cleanse the Canaanite nations, from women, infants, even cattle, simply because they were not Jewish.

In Islam, Prophet Muhammad did not attack the infidel neighbors without any reason, moreover:
    (i) Moslems spared the lives of Khaybar Jews.
(ii) Moslems spared the lives of Christian monks in Sinai church.
(iii) Moslems spared the lives of Makkah’s heathens during the Makkah’s conquest, and escorted them to other secure places, per Q.9, v.6.

  21. In Gospels and Pauline epistle approved the regular payment of *tithes* to the Gentile demigods such as the Roman Caesars. One of reasons why the early Unitarians willingly martyred themselves is because they refuse to pay the tithes (considered as religious worship) to the Caesars.
    Mt 22:21
They say unto him, Caesar’s. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s.
    Lk 16:13
No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
    Rom 13
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

In an empire of great religious and cultural diversity, the Imperial cult offered a common Roman identity and dynastic stability. In Rome, the framework of government was recognisably Republican. In the Provinces, this would not have mattered; in Greece, the emperor was “not only endowed with special, super-human abilities, but… he was indeed a visible god” and the little Greek town of Akraiphia could offer official cult to “liberating Zeus Nero for all eternity”.[172]
In Rome, state cult to a living emperor acknowledged his rule as divinely approved and constitutional. As princeps (first citizen) he must respect traditional Republican mores; given virtually monarchic powers, he must restrain them. He was not a living divus but father of his country (pater patriae), its pontifex maximus (greatest priest) and at least notionally, its leading Republican. When he died, his ascent to heaven, or his descent to join the dii manes was decided by a vote in the Senate. As a divus, he could receive much the same honours as any other state deity – libations of wine, garlands, incense, hymns and sacrificial oxen at games and festivals. What he did in return for these favours is unknown, but literary hints and the later adoption of divus as a title for Christian Saints suggest him as a heavenly intercessor.[173]

The Imperial cult of ancient Rome identified emperors and some members of their families with the divinely sanctioned authority (auctoritas) of the Roman State. Its framework was based on Roman and Greek precedents, and was formulated during the early Principate of Augustus. It was rapidly established throughout the Empire and its provinces, with marked local variations in its reception and expression.
The Maison Carree in Nimes, one of the best-preserved Roman temples. It is a mid-sized Augustan provincial temple of the Imperial cult.
Augustus’s reforms transformed Rome’s Republican system of government to a de facto monarchy, couched in traditional Roman practices and Republican values. The princeps (later known as Emperor) was expected to balance the interests of the Roman military, Senate and people, and to maintain peace, security and prosperity throughout an ethnically diverse empire. The official offer of cultus to a living emperor acknowledged his office and rule as divinely approved and constitutional: his Principate should therefore demonstrate pious respect for traditional Republican deities and mores.
A deceased emperor held worthy of the honor could be voted a state divinity (divus, plural divi) by the Senate and elevated as such in an act of apotheosis. The granting of apotheosis served religious, political and moral judgment on Imperial rulers and allowed living Emperors to associate themselves with a well-regarded lineage of Imperial divi from which unpopular or unworthy predecessors were excluded. This proved a useful instrument to Vespasian in his establishment of the Flavian Imperial Dynasty following the death of Nero and civil war, and to Septimius in his consolidation of the Severan dynasty after the assassination of Commodus.
The Imperial cult was inseparable from that of Rome’s official deities, whose cult was essential to Rome’s survival and whose neglect was therefore treasonous. Traditional cult was a focus of Imperial revivalist legislation under Decius and Diocletian. Christian apologists and martyrologists saw the cult of the Emperor as a particularly offensive instrument of pagan impiety and persecution.[1] It therefore became a focus of theological and political debate during the ascendancy of Christianity under Constantine I. The emperor Julian failed to reverse the declining support for Rome’s official religious practices: Theodosius I adopted Christianity as Rome’s state religion. Rome’s traditional gods and Imperial cult were officially abandoned. However, many of the rites, practices and status distinctions that characterized the cult to emperors were perpetuated in the theology and politics of the Christianized Empire.[2]

By agreeing with a pagan tithes, the Bible leads Christians to idolatry, and that’s why early Unitarian martyrs refuse to pay tithes to Caesar.

  23. How do we Muslims eaily silence a silly accusation of having a pedophile Prophet? There are three ways for this:
    (i) Soft way: Showing the Hadith for the word “6-7 years old” that it is just an Arabic idiom for postpubescent woman.
(ii) Argumentative way: Moses and Jews took thousands of Midianite underage girls for wives after leaving them to mourn for 1 month.
    Isaac married 3 y.o. Rebecca.
(iii) Hard way: Jesus was a bastard from paedophile family (14 y.o. Mary marrying Joseph). How could the sick way of paedophilia produce a God or a blessed one?

  24. The most easiest way to refute the Evangelist argument of “misusing” the names of Jewish Prophets for the belief of Jesus’ resurrection is a Gospel’s blunder of using the story of Abraham who doesn’t believe that there’s good news (let alone salvation) coming from a resurrection, hence Jesus’ resurrection is nothing.

Abraham doesn’t believe in Jesus’ resurrection (thus, this fact refutes Jesus’ claim that Abraham saw him):
    Lk 16:31
And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

    Versus:
    1Cor 15
17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. 18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

  25. How do we Muslims easily silence a silly accusation of having a slave-taking Prophet? There are three ways for this:
    (i) Soft way: Showing Qur’anic verses and the Hadith how Prophet Muhammad took slaves in the warfare in order to free them all. Even Prophet was freeing certain female slaves before marrying them.
According to Hadith, it is sin to sell daughters and free man in Islam.

(ii) Argumentative way: Moses and Jews took thousands of slaves for wives after leaving them to mourn for 1 month.
In the OT Bible, a father can sell his daughters (not wives) as slaves for money.

(iii) Hard way: Worse, Jesus approves the selling of one’s daughters, even worse his wives, as slaves to pay his debts.
In the NT Bible, Jesus approves Christians to pay tithes (tax) to Caesars (whom the Roman worship as demigod in the Roman imperial cult), thus he approves slavery by the Romans on Jews, Canaanites, Arabs, etc.

  26. The problem is in the diseased minds of trolls with nothing better to do than to make outrageous claims about the sexual orientation of a man who lived more than 1400 years ago, purely out of hate and ignorance. Perhaps these people are themselves sexually frustrated. Or perhaps they just really have nothing better to do may Allah swt give them hidayah!

  27. These anti-Muslim websites have a tendency to interpret verses and traditions in the worst possible way, to fit a predetermined image of Islam as a false religion. As Muslims, our method is to interpret the scriptures of Islam in the best way, specifically the stories about the Prophet and his companion.
