If the story of Jesus making birds from clay was not stolen from old fables that were deliberaely rejected by the Christian church as scripture, Muslims would not have to explain this. These stories were around hundreds of years before Muhammed and therefore were not sent down by Allah. It has been a long time since I read them but it seems that I remember Jesus abusing his alleged power in the later portions of the partially plagerized text. There is a lot of plagerized material in the Qur’an that pre-existed the compilation of the Qur’an. If the Qur’an got the same scrutiny for its plagerized content as the Bible has suffered for having stories about a great flood that are similar in other cultures, the population of Muslims would shrink, in spite of the increase due to birthrate.

Certain Psalms came from older Egyptian hymns to idols.
Jesus uses a Greek mythology of Hades to describe torment in Hell for souls of dead men.

As I remember it , Jesus cursed a playmate and caused him to become paralyzed. This action is at odds with the character of Jesus as the Christian usually understands it. It is probably why the fable was rejected as scripture. The Bible teaches that Jesus laid down his God-like qualities to walk and be among men. Speaking as an infant would require god-like qualities. There are a few , but rare examples of God-like capabilities later in his adult life that are accepted. His miracles benefitted other people, not himself, and that is why he used no power to avoid his execution.
I believe that God, either as the Trinity or as God, the Father can not murder anyone. It is murder for man to kill another man because we, individually, have no rightful power over that life or ability to restore or extinguish a life. The Assyrians were not murdered, nor were the other numerous groups mentioned in the Bible. The Assyrians were under the wrath of God for worshiping idols. I am not embarrassed about God causing people who practiced child sacrifice for hundreds of years finally being punished with capital punishment. As for the donkeys etc. I think this was done to show that the Israelites were not dependent on slaves, children or donkeys for their well being. Death by sword would be much preferable to being burned in the arms of Molech.
I am always perplexed by Muslims who think that Allah and the Judeo Christian God are different. This is a convenient concept when trying to make the case that Allah is superior to God Almighty. It seems that Muhammed thought that they were the same and in his trip or Night Journey seems to reinforce the idea that he was the next in a long line of Jewish prophets. For some reason, Alexander the Great was not mentioned or seen. Alexander must have been on holiday. But to be fair, it seems that the mention of Alexander the Great as a prophet came chronologically after the Night Journey.

Fables cease from being fable when God adopts it:
– Daniel has story of lycanthrophy (Nebuchadnezzar transforms to beast).
– David sees hellhounds in Psalms 18:5.
– Job narrates a story of mythological Leviathans (fire-breathing dragons).
– Isaiah tells a mythological Rahab.
– Proverb has a myth of vampire-like leech.
– Lev 21:20 mentions the species of leprechauns or dwarfs.

Do you really ever read the Infancy Gospel?
I am not supposed to teach you about the literalism in the Bible, but there’s no indication whatsoever for Jesus to kill a boy in the Infancy Gospel, at most he just happened to stop his friend from playing a known child’s game with him, by saying “stop thy course”.

Benefited? I don’t see any “sense of humanity” at all when Jesus intentionally refused to visit Lazarus, he abandoned him, so that he died in painful sickness.
I don’t see any “sense of humanity” at all when Jesus intentionally watches Stephen to get stoned and lynched by Jews, at time when ironically he stands in the presence of God who just sits beside him.

We Moslems have oftentimes dealt with a silly Hypocrisy of ignorant Christians who use Josephus for claiming historicity of Jesus, but suddenly a same Josephus gets accused of being a stupid liar of tale-teller when he mentions “conversion” of Alexander to Monotheism:
